• Cloudflare (website hosting, domain and email forwarding), based in the United States, with servers worldwide
• MailerLite (email newsletters and the 7-Day Invitation emails), based in the European Union
• Skool (the Return to Self membership, community and member app), based in the United States
• Stripe (membership payments, through Skool), which may process payment information in the United States and other countries
• Google Fonts (the typefaces used on this website), provided by Google in the United States

We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate privacy and security practices. If this list changes, we will update this policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information may be stored electronically by Return to Self and contracted service providers. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Contact [email protected].

If you subscribe to Return to Self communications, we may send newsletters, updates, invitations or other information you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

We keep tracking to a minimum. At the date of this policy:

• This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
• The 7-Day Invitation page saves your first name and your progress through the seven days in your own browser (local storage), so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.
• When the website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, Google receives your device’s IP address and basic browser information.
• Emails we send through MailerLite record whether they are opened and which links are clicked, so we can understand what is helpful.
• The Return to Self membership runs on Skool, which uses its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
